No, If you see it on Wi-Fi and Shoddy.I only saw Registeel 1 Time and that was on a UU Battle.

I too think it should stay UU, simply because in an enviornment of dominant sweepers, Registeel can only hang on for so long. Also, the only reason it's used in OU is due to the fact UUs are unexpected in OU, and it has a plethera of options to use.
